User Agreement

2. Age and Jurisdiction Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction. Organizations and businesses must ensure that their representatives are authorized to act on their behalf.
By accessing or using Nathbrok you comfirm that you are atleast 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Access to Nathbrok is subject local laws, regulations, and government restrictions, including but not limited to laws governing encryption, private communications, data protection, and national security.
Nathbrok does not guarantee availability of its services in all countries or redgions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the plartform complies with applicable laws.
Nathbrok reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the plartform in juristictions where its services are prohibited, regulated, or restricted by law.

3. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and devices. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information during registration
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify Nathbrok immediately of unauthorized activity
• Use the platform only for lawful and permitted purposes

Nathbrok reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, impersonation, fraud, or security risks.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Harassment, hate speech, or harmful communication
• Unauthorized monitoring, scraping, or data extraction
• Distribution of malware, exploits, or harmful content
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or reverse-engineer platform security
• Sharing confidential or proprietary information without permission

Violations may result in account restriction, suspension, or permanent termination.

5. Messaging and Communication

Nathbrok provides secure communication tools. Message content is encrypted and inaccessible to Nathbrok; however, you acknowledge that:

• Administrators in organizations may manage or oversee internal accounts
• You are responsible for the content you send
• Nathbrok may intervene when required for fraud prevention or legal compliance

You may not use messaging features to distribute illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Nathbrok collects minimal personal information necessary for account creation, identity verification, and platform security. We do not sell or trade user data.

7. Security Commitments

Nathbrok implements strong encryption and security controls. However:

• No system is completely immune to vulnerabilities
• The security of your device is your responsibility
• Weak passwords, outdated devices, or insecure networks increase risk

Nathbrok is not responsible for breaches caused by compromised user devices, third-party software, or user negligence.

8. Service Availability

Although Nathbrok strives for high uptime, maintenance, updates, or external factors may result in temporary service interruptions. Nathbrok is not liable for loss of data or access resulting from downtime.

9. Termination

Nathbrok may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate this Agreement
• Engage in harmful or unlawful behavior
• Compromise platform security

You may close your account at any time by contacting support or using in-app settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nathbrok is not liable for:

• Damages arising from misuse of the platform
• Loss of data due to user actions or device issues
• Indirect or consequential damages

11. Updates to the Agreement

Nathbrok may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
