2. Nature of the Service

Nathbrok provides a secure communication network designed for individuals, enterprises, and government entities requiring controlled, high-privacy channel environments. The platform includes:

• Encrypted messaging and communication
• Private contact-controlled environments
• Administrative oversight for organizations
• Secure account creation and identity verification
• Optional isolated networks for high-risk clients

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, unless you are registered under an organization or government administrator who assumes responsibility.

4. Account Responsibilities

By using this service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information for identity or company verification
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Not use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
• Accept that administrators may manage or restrict your account

5. Enterprise & Government Administrators

Administrators are granted advanced access and control features. These include:

• Creating users under their organization
• Revoking or suspending accounts for security compliance
• Managing access policies and private contact lists
• Access to organization-level audit logs

Nathbrok does not assume responsibility for how administrators choose to use their granted permissions.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not engage in:

• Unauthorized system access or security breaches
• Reverse engineering or tampering with encryption logic
• Misuse of private networks or impersonation
• Abusive behavior, harassment, or fraud

7. Data & Privacy

Nathbrok minimizes the data it collects. We do not read or store message content. Encrypted communication remains unreadable to Nathbrok servers.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks to the platform, its users, or client networks.

9. Service Modifications

Nathbrok may modify or update features as necessary to improve security, comply with legal requirements, or upgrade platform capabilities.

10. Liability Limitations

Nathbrok is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data due to incorrect user actions
• Administrator misuse or internal organizational conflicts
• Service interruptions or maintenance downtime
• Security breaches caused by user negligence

11. Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Nathbrok offers subscription-based plans billed on a monthly or one-time annual basis. By subscribing, you authorise Nathbrok to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on your selected billing cycle. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

11.2 Free Plan

• The Free plan is provided at no cost and remains active indefinitely subject to these Terms. Nathbrok reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Free plan with reasonable notice.

11.3 Upgrades and Downgrades

• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time via your account billing portal. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle downgrades.

11.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at support@nathbrok.online. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed.

11.5 Refund Policy

• Nathbrok offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions. To request a refund, contact support@nathbrok.online within 2 hours of your initial payment with your account email and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. By requesting a refund you authorize Nathbrok to check your service usage, should it appear that you have already used the license, no refund will occur.

The following are not eligible for a refund:

Renewals of existing subscriptions beyond the initial 14-day period One-time annual payments after the 14-day window has passed Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms Partial months or unused portions of a billing cycle after the 14-day window

11.5.1 Refund Exceptions

• Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Downgrades to a lower-tier plan after the 14-day refund window
  • Charges resulting from user error, such as accidental purchases or incorrect billing information
  • Refund requests made after the 14-day period following the initial payment
  • Subscriptions that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of these Terms

11.6 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Nathbrok will notify you by email. Your account may be downgraded to the Free plan if payment is not resolved within 7 days of the failure notice. Nathbrok is not responsible for fees or charges imposed by your bank or card issuer.

11.7 Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@nathbrok.online within 30 days of the charge date. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting Nathbrok may result in account suspension pending resolution.

11.8 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By completing a payment, you also agree to the terms and privacy policy of the relevant payment processor. Nathbrok does not store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials. See our Privacy Policy for details on what billing data we collect and how it is handled.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
