Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 15 June 2026
Welcome to Nathbrok. We built Nathbrok to deliver secure communications, private networking, and sovereign digital infrastructure. Your privacy and data security are central to our mission. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you access our website, applications, APIs, products, or services.
1. Data We Collect
Account Information
- Email, name, phone, address
- Date of birth and ID documents (when required)
- Organization registration details for corporate accounts
Device & Network
- IP addresses, device details, OS/browser type
- Login timestamps and security logs
Payment and Billing Data
When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects and handles your billing information, including card details and transaction records. Nathbrok receives only a limited billing summary (e.g., plan type, payment status, last 4 digits of card) sufficient to manage your subscription. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials on our servers. Your billing data is processed by our payment service provider, which operates under its own privacy policy and applicable financial regulations. By completing a payment, you consent to the transfer of necessary billing data to that provider for the purpose of processing your transaction.
2. How We Use Data
- Operate and maintain your account and provide services.
- Secure the platform: fraud detection, abuse prevention, incident response.
- Deliver messages via our encrypted pipelines and manage delivery metadata only.
- Compliance with legal obligations and lawful requests.
3. Encryption & Security
Nathbrok protects message content with our Dynamic Dual Engine (DDE) encryption. Message payloads are stored and transmitted in encrypted form; Nathbrok personnel cannot decrypt user messages. Transport uses TLS and we enforce strict security practices for key management and storage.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers for hosting, email, SMS verification, or payment processing — all governed by strict contracts and data protection requirements and done so at your request or approval. We will only disclose user data if required by law or a valid legal process.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while the account is active. Verification documents are retained until verification completes. Logs are retained temporarily for security purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data; see “Contact” below.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Use your account settings or contact support to submit a request.
7. Organizational Accounts
Administrators can manage organization contacts and access verification records for their organization. Admins cannot access encrypted message content.
